Display blinking on T500

Hello, I have a following problem with my T500...

When I plug in charger when notebook still working, display start blinking, so I must turn off computer and then I can plug in charger and everything will be OK. What is the problem?

I tried to set screen refresh rate on battery and when plugged in, but this not resolve problem...
