[x220] Space bar noisy

From a while I'm experiencing an annoiance typing the space bar, especially when I don't type perfectly in the center.

I'd like to try to clean ad eventually oil the hinge under space key.

Could You help me to remove the key with no risk to break or weaken the key itself ?
