Can I attach 04W0408 heatsink in non-discrete T420?

AFAIK discrete GPU and integrated-only models of T420 have the exact same motherboard, component positions etc. except GPU part. I want to attach the good heatsink 04W0408 used in discrete models to my T420. Is it possible?
