X60T screen cracked glass layer replacement possibility. Advice req.

Hi. I just got a crack in the outer layer of the screen . The screen itself and digitizer are fine otherwise. What should I do, as I don't think wasting the screen otherwise is necessary. Could I buy the glass part elsewhere? What goo for gluing should I use to glue back the glass sheet, in case I find one? Or from an otherwise damaged screen but with the glass part ok?
