Thinkpad x200s fingerprint

Hey everyone,

With my Thinkpad x200s, I was wondering if it was possible to use the fingerprint scanner to logon? Not sure how to set it up in the new operating system? Anyone have any luck yet on the older thinkpads being able to logon via fingerprint reader?

Do you mean to login from windows login or power on via fingerprint reader. I login to windows via fingerprint reader. In the Lenovo Fingerprint Software, there is an option to boot a Thinkpad from the fingerprint reader but I have not tried it or used it.

This will work on the Windows 10 OS? I've heard you have to go through other means to be able to login to the OS with the fingerprint reader.
