Win 7 Pro x64 T420 Wireless Connection Loads Last During Startup

Is there a way to speedup the loading of the wireless driver during startup? It seems as if everything else loads first resulting in a wait until the wireless driver is fully loaded and all the other software updates are finished. I'm only talking about 30 seconds or so - not really a big deal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Not that it helps much, but I had the same "issue" with my T410 when I was running Windows 7 Pro.

That being said, it did not happen under Windows 8.1 Pro or Windows 10 Enterprise or linux. I think it's just a Windows 7 thing.

Thank you for the info. As you said, It's just a "feature" of Windows 7 that can be lived with.
