Free IBM Thinkpad Wallpaper (Including HiRes versions)

#1 Post by Thinker » Fri Jun 03, 2005 1:16 am

Hello,

I started working with some ideas in Photoshop and I came up with a pretty cool wallpaper. It features a T Series laptop, hence the post in this category.

Free for all thinkpads.com members. 8)

Download it here:
1024 x 768:

1400 x 1050:
http://www.geocities.com/aristosaurus/T ... nd1400.jpg

1600 x 1200:
http://www.geocities.com/aristosaurus/T ... nd1600.jpg

And let me know what you think. If demand is enough I might consider spending some more time and making some other wallpapers (better yet than this one).

Very nice Thinker!
Any possibility you may do some higher resolution stuff?

I'm glad you guys liked it :P

Yes, I will do 1400 x 1050 and 1600 x 1200 versions as well. Who knows, maybe this will start a Thinkpad Wallpaper collection.

Thanks for the nice comments.

Check my first post, I added some links for higher resolution versions. I also improved a bit the original wallpaper.

Frank,

Sorry about that. Geocities doesn't allocate a lot of traffic.

Is there anyone willing to host these wallpapers? Please let me know and I will send them to you.

By the way, I am donating these wallpapers free of charge to all thinkpads.com members. Anyone who has ever lusted after a Dell laptop can't use them (under penalty of thumb hanging). :P
