Thinkpad X41 tablet internal ram

Hello,

I have problem with internal ram (RAM on the motherboard, not on ram slots) on my Thinkpad X41 tablet.Do you know where is located the Ram chip on the motherboard. I want to try to replace it.

It that indeed is an X41T board, then the onboard RAM would be the 4 rectangular chips above the RAM slot, next to the Dock connector.
I believe some models also have RAM chips on the same spot on the top side of the board.

You can confirm by taking note of the chips' part numbers, then feeding them to Google.

Thanks a lot . I saw the chips. There are from both sides x 4. I think that it is not possible to be replace ( in possible but cost is high).

Do you know option for isolation on internal ram. I have a lot of errors and it is impossible to install OS

I think your best option would be to replace the motherboard.
Place a WTB ad in our Marketforum (or ~$40 on eBay).
