Hello,

I have nice x201t 3113-b72 tablet.I would like to increase built-in 2gb ram. I have read that is problematic to increase it to 16GBb ut may be someone could negate this? Would be great

Also I can use 2x4gb but I would like to ask you for specific models of the modules. I hhope that someone uses similar model.

8 GB limit for X201 I think, 2 x 8GB possible from X220 and later only.

Across my X200s/X200T/T410 I have these 4 GB 1.5V DDR3 modules:

All working fine, though it should be that any 1.5V DDR3 laptop module would be fine. (i.e. NOT PC3L / DDR3L unless definitely dual voltage)

I've had this unmatched pair of RAM installed in my x2001 Frankie (x200 body and x201 motherboard) for a couple of months now without issue.

As you can see speeds are mixed but luckily it works fine for me.
