Managing battery under windows 8

Now the Lenovo Power Manager software is no longer supported under Windows 8/10, what is the official method of monitoring battery capacity and health/levels of the internal and slice batteries without this software? Is it possible at all?

Disappointing if there is no way to do this without the use of unsupported software...
