Hello,
today I switched from Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit to Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit on my ThinkPad X230. I did some benchmarks to test if Windows 10 gives better performance for this device.
You can find my results here:
https://ikarios.wordpress.com/2015/09/0 ... indows-10/
What I find very interesting is the increase in Cinebench R15 of about 94%! Because I am not sure if I did something wrong when benching under Windows 7, I would like to ask someone with a similar config to repeat this test on his machine running Windows 7. I have no more Windows 7 on my machine, so can't repeat the test!
In case that this is not an error, it would seem as if the current Intel HD 400 in combination with Windows 10 give a good boost in OpenGL performance for the X230!
Best regards, Janni
