Do CTO models include the HDD tray (or sled) ?

Sorry if this has already been asked before, I have been trying to search this forums and others for this answer...

Do the current CTO models include the tray for mounting the hard disk drive? Or is this something I can somewhere then install the 7200 rpm hard drive of my choice?

I'm looking at the T42, T43, R51, and X41 models (you can see I've yet to narrow it down!)
