battery runtime on T430 questions.

both types of T430 equipped with intregrated intel graphics and discrete graphics runtimes on either 6 cell and 9 cell battery pack?

Lenovo stated 9 cell lasts 15 hours but did not say what kind of T430 configuration.

On my T430, 9 cell with discrete graphics, Windows estimated about 14 hrs. I have rarely if ever needed a full 14 hr runtime without opportunities to charge part way, so can not speak to the real world performance on this. My usage does not typically need to run programs that would see a definite benefit from the discreet graphics when on battery. In such case I usually set programs to run off intel graphics to further extend battery runtime. Graphics heavy applications are more likely to be run when plugged in.

I think I could get 6 hours of runtime on an integrated graphics model and 6 cell battery.
Who knows how far via idle.
