Software to show the motherboard FRU

Does anyone know of software that would display the FRU of the motherboard on a W550s?

Repair is having a hard time finding the correct FRU.

It's been 9 days since I called for support. The motherboard they ordered they can't find.
I have in house service that they are supposed to respond to in 24 hrs.

Time to escalate the case to a Supervisor.

None of the above is your problem. That's why you paid for the upgraded warranty. Mention a lawsuit for time/earnings lost and watch how fast they locate the proper planar.

I agree 100% with George.

The FRU number may be on a sticker near the memory slots.

IBM is saying the motherboard will be on back-ordered until Oct. 23rd.

I need this machine for work so just in case this problem is stretched out further I ordered a new laptop. I'm hoping I will be able to return the new one without a 15% restocking fee within the 30 days.
