good FHD screen for x240 upgrade

hi, I am planning to upgrade an HD screen to a FHD on an x240. There are several FRU available on ebay. As I am quite new to x240 I was wondering which lcd is better? I heard about ghosting issues on some models. Could someone advise me the right model ?

I was also wondering if there is some guide on how to open the bazel safely, there are no visible screws so I am afraid to damage it without knowing where to start.
X61 (T9300, 8gb RAM, 120gb SSD, LED SXGA+, integrated webcam, invisible touchpad, modded battery etc.)
X61s (L7500 led SXGA+ w. touchscreen, L7700),
X61(T7300, T7300 w. pinmod, T8300)

Whenever one considers opening up a Thinkpad, it's best to grab a copy of its Hardware Maintenance Manual (HMM) first: http://www.thinkpads.com/support/hmm/hm ... a26001.pdf
