X61 Sound fades in and out

#1 Post by flyingfishfinger » Sun Nov 08, 2015 10:48 pm

Hi all-
Seeing some strange behaviour on my sound. I always thought this was a problem with the internal speaker, but then I noticed it also happens on a Bluetooth speaker I acquired recently (new MiniJambox, to be exact).
Symptom is this: Music will arbitrarily get a little bit quieter, then come back to full volume a second or two later. I don't have any equalizers or anything installed, although I did use Hear for a while but have since uninstalled it when the trial expired.
It's nothing really bad, but it does get annoying since I listen to music a lot in the evenings while doing work.
Any ideas?

Get an internet radio, like the Logitech Squeezebox that I have.
Receive the likes of Spotify, Pandora and any other worldwide station you want.
