Nope.
If you look carefully at the right front-corner, you'll see the outline of the space for the (missing) Lenovo-label.

Had another Thinkpad/Colorware sighting this weekend - actually two.
'The Big Short' has a blue x301 and what appears to be a black W or T500.
No doubt about the x301 and there is only a quick glimpse of the 500 lid with the MS logo but the hinges looked about right.
X301 -- X201s -- X2faux1s -- X201 -- x230 -- T61 -- T60p -- T42p

I saw that too. It's a bit fuzzy in the DVD screener, but I'll bet that's what it is (although it wouldn't be period-correct, as the character was already using it in 2007, if I remember correctly; although it could have been intended to portray a T61... unless I'm getting it mixed up with a different part of the movie).

Also, I was watching an episode of the excellent 2010 TV series "The Good Guys" and saw what looks like one of those colorware W500 laptops there as well. Here's a link to the gallery with the full-resolution screengrabs:

If I may ask, what are the black rectangles on the corners of the x300 palmrest?
Daily driver: lenovo T500 P9700, WUXGA, 8GB

Good find! Not a lot of information on that one online though; I wonder what show it's from .

They appear to be speaker grills.

It's not from a show. These are special Microsoft edition X301's which were designed for promotion. They came in all sorts of different colours, including bright orange and purple. The T410s was also used occasionally for the same purpose.
Daily: T440s
Classics: 600X (850MHz), A31p (FlexView), X41, T60 (LED FlexView), R61 (QXGA FlexView), X301 (AFFS)
