S4Max PNP Driver?

Almost every time I restart WinXP SP2 on my T42, while shutting down, Windows hangs up on the S4Max PNP driver. I have to manually end the process. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have this problem but not everytime I restart or Shutdown, it's just sometimes but very anoying.
IBM ThinkPad T41 (2373-1HU) | 1.4GHz | 512Mb RAM | 40Gb
