Some questions about t450s

Hi, I recently bought a t450s, and now I found some problems about it. Can anyone help me?

First, sometimes the mouse will not move when I try to direct it, and after waiting for few seconds it will come back.
Second, sometimes the mouse will go left or up automatically when I stop control it by the red point.
Third, sometimes while I am typing, the backspace key, enter key, right shift key, pageup key, pagedown key, and four direction keys will stop working. After wait for maybe 10 seconds they will be functional again.
Last, I can hear little noise from the laptop especially when I use it at a quiet place. I don't think the hard drive is broken.
