T450s Updates in Windows 7 update list but not in Lenovo Update List?

I may not have searched the correct terms, but I didn't find anything on this.

Finally passed-down my T500 to my granddaughter for a T450s/Win 7 (love it). I see these "Optional Updates" on the Windows 7 Update page; however, they are not in Lenovo's Update list. Everything is working very well; should I use them or just ignore these? I'm inclined to go by the Lenovo System Update recomendations as far as Thinkpad updates.

1. Intel-LAN, LAN (server)-Intel Ethernet Connection (3) 1218-LM 731KB

2. Intel Corporation-Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3, Graphics Adapter WDDM2.0 - Intel HD Graphics 5500 128.0MB

3. Lenovo - LCD, Other hardware-Wide viewing angle and High density FlexView Display 1920x1080 [which I have] 31KB

New Intel drivers will generally show up on the Intel site and Windows Update before OEM sites. Lenovo will do testing on the drivers before releasing them. However since this is Intel, I have no problem installing updated drivers through Windows Update. I have never had a problem when updating Intel drivers.

When I installed Win 10 on my SSD, Windows did install the Intel WiFi, Network, Graphics and the Synaptics drivers before I even had the chance to plug in my USB thumb drive and install them.
