t420s custom bios

I'm trying to download this custom bios:

But can't get it from box.com - won't download, no way, no how. Bummer.

I'm curious what this "Advanced Menu" has to offer. I noticed that there is a T420 bios out that has all kinds of interesting settings (I'd like to modify the fan threshold values, amongst other things)

Does anyone have it here?

Does that one have the SLIC baked in? The only version of 1.39 I found with the SLIC pre-baked was dead linked. That one is restricted, my security software is losing it's mind about the bioses.

The other version of 1.39 I found, has the WL removed, but required after flash SLIC modification, but it would error out.

Does the T420s bios get the fancy stuff the T420 bios does?
