T60 no ethernet controller in device manager and bios setting is on for ethernet.

Windows does not detect the Intel 82573L when I did a clean install of windows 7.

History: Replaced mainboard sold by a seller and seller which did not declare what the issues were; when I got the replacement board from ebay, Found out computrace is on but later on this thing turned to disabled by itself and disappeared on it own accord when I was using the computer and later on found out ethernet controller is not found in device manager even bios setting for ethernet is enabled.

Is there a way to worm into security settings again and turn this on like I had to do this on one of thinkpad even sercurity settings is invisible right now?
