Please can you help

Firstly the simple question might be , How do I access into the Adminstrator screen as an adminstor. I don't beleive I was asked to any adminstrator password during installation of R&R

Where do I go use the Adminstrator facilities as an Adminstrator.

What I am trying to achive is to set a silent back up from many users of IBM ThinkCentre Desktop PC's to a network drive/server, once a month , user with password from C drive ,all documents and settings , lotus notes /notes and data
to back up up to 3 months and the fourth month it deletes the 1st months back up and rewite the 4rth months back up data
