mobile ivy bridge memory support: DDR3L or DDR3L-RS for T530?

intel website specifies either 1333 or 1600 DDR3L or DDR3L-RS for mobile ivy bridge CPUs that is found in T530, will this -RS suffix supported on T530? Remember in mind, CPU does have built in memory controller bus. And I did a research on DDR3L-RS as more power saving feature over plain DDR3L.

DDR3L should be fully supported, and outputs less heat.

but, can you find DDR3L-RS for sale anywhere ?
