Is there any way to control T22 processor voltage?

Hi!

I want to know are there any programs to control the voltage of Thinkpad T22 which has 1Ghz P3 processor. There are some voltage and CPU frequency progs for newer Pentium M processors, but I dont know any for older P3 mobile processors.

Also I´m interested in overclocking the processor. Maybe with softFSb, or some other prog?

Please, some hints for me!! I want to control the heat, and battery operating time for more.
