X1C gen3, IPS FHD screen

Hello,

I recently acquired a X1Carbon gen3, lovely machine but as many know, the 1080p TN panel is "not great"

A little bit of research was made on my side, and i found this : screens from t450s and t460s are IPS 1080p and have a eDP connector as the X1C gen3.

Has someone already tried the retrofit of such screen to X1Carbon ? Is this even possible ?
