NVIDIA NVS 4200M & 1920 x 1080

I'm currently looking at a ThinkPad T520 on eBay.
It has the NVIDIA NVS 4200M & Intel HD 3000 GPUs with an LCD resolution of 1600 x 900.
Will a 1920 x 1080 LCD work on this machine if I purchase it?

Yes. Make sure to get the B156HW01 v4 panel, since it's the one that has the 95% color gamut. You could also consider the v7 version, which has 500:1 contrast ratio instead of 400:1, but is glossy, not matte.
