failproof ways to remove keys in t420

Hello,

Anyone ever found a failproof way of removing keyboard keys in t420?
For any/all makers NMB,Chicony and Alps.

Just curious =P

I have found that gently rocking/pulling the top left and right corners of each key usually pops it off with the least fuss. For the function keys, its easier to do the same, but at the sides instead.

They are a little tricky to put back together, this video shows how to do it:

My memory is a little fuzzy now, because I haven't done this in a while,
but I think that to reassemble a key switch in a T420-type keyboard,
you have to put one part of the scissors switch on the keyboard,
and the other half on the key itself. There's some kind of trick
like that - I don't think that the switches are exactly the same as
shown in the video.
