I hear there are lots of X220 motherboard issues out there. Is there a method to decrease the possibility of purchasing a bad one (FRU/part numbers, manufacture dates)? I'm looking for an i7 2640M one. Does anyone know what the exact issues were and the specific updates the X220 motherboard received? How would one identify the most modern ones?
Cheers,
