Screen flickering / PWM detected

Sadly looks like all the manufacturers are going that way.

No other manufacturer has the PWM issues in all (FHD better) models like Lenovo does. It must be a general BIOS/driver issue that affects all recent Lenovo models.Dekks wrote:Sadly looks like all the manufacturers are going that way.

There is no screen flickering. Just to test this theory out, I am typing this message on the lowest brightness. If there were any type of flickering I would be seeing it right now. If you have flickering your probably lost the screen lottery. There are two types of screens: LG and Panasonic. LG is the one you want and apparently the different is significant between the two.
