Review of the T460 (FHD Innolux)
http://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-Thi ... 879.0.html
Screen flickering / PWM not detected
When comparing the middling maximum brightness of just 230 cd/m² with that of other modern office laptops, the average of 265 cd/m² - which includes the brightness levels of many considerably lower priced devices - is missed. Users who need a particularly high brightness are much better off with the bright rivals by HP and Dell

Lenovo solves one problem, creates another. At least 230 nits is fine for most office environments. Just stay away from bright windows or outdoor settings when using the display.

Re: Review of the T460 (FHD Innolux)
Well, if any of you do consider buying an T460 please stay away of Innolux display option since it is rubbish. Maybe it does not suffer from PWM flickering, but it does produces vertical lines/grid on most cases.

We're living in an age where buildings are made of glass and steel, so - unless you work in an IT-Crowd-alike office - we could really use nice bright displays out there.Dekks wrote:Its not a problem - they are office machines by design.brchan wrote:Lenovo solves one problem, creates another.
