eBay "Purchase History" webpage becomes unresponsive after checking "Tracking number"
I've got a strange problem on my desktop while browsing eBay.
On eBay you can check your Purchase history.
When you click on an item's Tracking number, it shows you Shipment details of that item.
Then you click on Close to go back to "Purchase history".
But recently, every time after I clicked on Close, the whole webpage "Purchase History" becomes totally unresponsive.
I can't click anywhere on that page, nothing works, not a single link!
In the browser I can click on any other open tab, or on any toolbar and things work all fine there.
The only solution is to refresh the webpage by clicking on the Reload current page button at the top of the browser.
I run the latest Pale Moon Version: 26.2.1 (x86) browser on W7-Pro/SP1 64-bit on my desktop.
Anybody else have this problem?
Solution?

I have had that same problem on various websites. The refresh button is a good solution but I would simply use a different browser until your current browser returns to a state of functionality that is linear and functional. I have IE 11, Opera, Chrome, and Firefox. Recently my IE 11 tends to hangs/freezes/crashes for no reason and sometimes recovers. Similar anomalies to what you have described in your browser.
There is no real rhyme or reason for it. My suggestion would be to shut your computer down and pull the battery for a clean reset.

On a desktop, power it down. turn off the power supply in the back of computer and hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds. Have had less problems on my desktop. More hanging or crashing vs. my laptops.

I've started using ebay again recently to buy bits n bobs for my t43 and i keep getting messages that they have changed this n that, the latest being purchase history area. Guess the changes are just bugged or over optimized for modern multicore CPU's. What hardware are you browsing on?
Arch//Openbox R61//GNOME 3 X201i/X230 Tablet //Spectrwm T61/X61/X61 Debian 9/X32
Work - Win7/X220T BunsenLabs T43
Retired T60p/T60/X30/X31/X61S RIP T400/T21/X61T/X200T

Desktop with Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 mobo and AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition CPU.
W7-Pro 64-bit on Samsung 830 SSD.
That is the only webpage I have problems with.
It's OK in IE11, but I never use that POS.
Don't have (nor want) any other browsers, just using Pale Moon.

Found the problem: it's the robbing-you-blind eBay!
