ThinkPad T520 and 1920 x 1080 rsolution

If I buy a used ThinkPad T520 with an i5-2520M and 1366X768 resolution off eBay, can I replace the LCD with a full HD of 1920 x 1080?
The machine only has an Intel HD 3000 onboard video.
ThinkPad W520: i7-2760QM @ 2.40GHz ~ 20GB RAM ~ 500GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD ~ 2GB NVIDIA Quadro 2000M ~ FHD+ @ 1920x1080 ~ Win 10 Pro x64.
ThinkPad T520: i5-2520M @ 2.50GHz ~ 8GB RAM ~ 250GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD ~ Intel HD 3000 ~ FHD+ @ 1920x1080 ~ Ubuntu 16.04 x64.
