Toggle Hot Key for Camera opens Lenovo Settings!

Nearly everything is working on my E220s w W10. Fingerprint reader is iffy, but when I try to toggle the CAMERA using the hot key (shared w F5), Lenovo Settings opens which, BTW, shows no control for a camera. I can get the camera to work if I open it from the Start menu, but I was expecting something else from the hot key than Lenovo Settings. No idea what's up on this. Advice, please?
