T440s entering setup.

Hi

I own a T440s and since my update to W10, on I press enter on the lenovo welcome screen ("Press enter to enter setup") , I don't reach anymore the setup screen but the diagnostic tool. But F1, F12 are still working as before. Why and how to revert to the classical behaviour ?
