* a side note regarding WWAN upgradeability:

This machine sports a SIM card slot, as well as the WWAN light on the clear plate. Having said that I've got no means of testing the actual functionality of WWAN.

Custom built for silly old me by our own RealBlackStuff, this is more than likely one of the finest T500 units in existence and I'm being dead serious here. The shell is almost perfect with next to no wear anywhere, even on the corners. LCD is just drop-dead gorgeous and one of the best non-IPS panels that I've ever used. Micron's rare SLC SSD coupled with 8GB of RAM ensure overall up-to-date performance regardless of machine's birth date (10/03).

Reason for this listing? In truth, none of my other systems have seen any *real* use since I've gotten my R61FL - I've even carried this bulky monster on my recent trip to Europe - so my maxed-out custom T500 just sits collecting dust, and I'm darn certain that there must be someone around here who'd love to put it to good use.
