W500/T500 service manual and schematics ?

Hi all,

I've decided recently that I need a notebook with WUXGA screen to play with and customize, went searching on the ebay for cheap W500 or T500 and a few days ago managed to find one that fits my needs- it's without battery, PSU, RAM and HDD, with broken backlight, but otherwise worrking.

Whicvh is ideal for me, since I plan to play with:

- LCD panel replacement
- fit in maximal allowable RAM ( 2x 4GB sticks are cheap)
- optionally fit in good and cheap SSD
- play with Coreboot BIOS ( reprogram system FLASH)
- try upgrading to Quad Core ( if I can tweak coreboot to recognise it)
- try upgrading/redoing battery pack( found good, cheap 3500mAh NCR18650GA cells!)
-DIY PSU unit for AC and 12VDC for working in vehicle.

If I manage to do something useful, I plan to share.

To start, it would be very nice to get hands on Service manual and machine schematics.
If you happen to have some good links to juicy DIY materials for those machines, please do share

Not from Baidu, it's still PITA to work with, but fist page has shown me what to search for.

One GoogleSearch later, I was at *tanya's page. Great site.
