FRU: id is either T60 or T60p?

I have came across a motherboard for either T60 or T60p. I need positive ID of this FRU: 44C3909. Searched here and ebay and google did not come up with this FRU part number.

Reason is I am trying to determine this motherboard GPU is FireGL V5200 or just x1400?
