x220 5Ghz wifi module selection

I've just set up new dual band wifi router and realized my Lenovo X220 can't see 5Ghz wifi network.
In my x220 settings I see it has

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000 [Condor Peak]

Is it single band module?

If yes, what is the best wifi module to buy at this moment for my single band module replacement?

PS I use Ubuntu 14.04. So this OS must support a new wifi dual band module.

UPDATE as my x220 has internal web cam (so, probably, it has 2 antennas) is the best option

Either the N6200 or N6300 work fine. I use both. A lot of the forum members prefer the Atheros offerings.

Atheros 9380 is a great dual-band card and the Atheros 9280 is another, I'm using both in Debian. For a stock x220 you may need to flash a customized bios to use the Atheros cards.

Intel 6205N is also popular choice and runs fine with Ubuntu as do the two Hans mentioned, 6200 and 6300.

The 1000 card is the basic single band one. 6205 is dual band, common. I swapped 6205 for 6300. Don't know if 6300 is better than 6205, when not using my home WiFi can never be sure of behaviour of router/APN, interference, ISP etc. This is on opensuse.

Having a webcam or not should not make a difference. If you use the 6300 you can connect 2 or 3 antennas, if you connect 3 then you can't use a WWAN card at same time (I doubt you do or would want to use WWAN. For occasional use most people would tether laptop to mobile phone via WiFi)

I found in brief testing that the 6200 caused an X220 (standard BIOS) not to boot, so if getting 62xx get the 6205 to be sure (but I could be wrong/didn't seat card correctly and 6200 may also be fine for X220).

As far as I know the card MUST be from Lenovo. I.e. a 6205 which isn't from Lenovo (also) won't work.

Yes. It was a 6200 from a T410.
