WTB: ThinkPad A30 SXGA+ cable & LCD

Hello, um I have a ThinkPad A30 currently with a 14.1" display that is yellowed and getting more and more defective (more and more horizontal lines going through the very top and very bottom but not GPU, cable's fault at all). Instead of replacing with the same thing, I would like to insert a 15" SXGA+ or UXGA (Preferably IPS but must not be yellowed or pinked) screen and cable (If you also have the LCD bezel with bluetooth cutout that would be appreciated as well). Some say a T4x cable would also work but is that true? I do have a 15" T43 screen + cable as well but I am not taking off the bezel to test it since it is already loose now
I will not consider CAD $100+ because my debit has a limit of CAD $100 daily
