I have a brandnew ThinkPad T560 (MTM: 20FH-0023GE) with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and i have the problem, that sometimes it's loosing all input devices. If the error comes up, it isn't possible to use keyboard, mouse or th epointing stick. The error comes up when i start up the notebook.
The only chance to get it working is to go back to a earlier restore point.
I have tried all possible solutions like BIOS-update, driver update ... but it comes up at least one time in a week.
Does anyone know a solution?
If YES, thanks a lot to answer here.
Kind regards .... Wolle

Send it back for a replacement under warranty, or rather a refund!
