OK instead of upgrading my T60 I'll think I'll just fix the screen- which one do I need

#1 Post by toddreg » Sun Jul 31, 2016 11:31 am

The screen went out on my T60P (Type 2623-DDU) and I was thinking about upgrading to a newer machine. For what I use it for and the infrequency I think I may just replace the screen and install Win 7.

Which screen do I need and does anyone have one for sale here? Any issues with a Win7 upgrade?

Thanks

Fair enough.

Yours is an ID Tech most likely, at least all the 2623-DDU units that I've seen (a hundred or so) sported one. FRU is 42T0345.

You could also go for a Hydis one, FRU 13N7076.

Absolutely not.
