Unfortunately not, since they have very different layouts.
Current Thinkpads: W530 (functional classic keyboard mod), X301, T61, T60, T43, T23, 600X, 770
Other: mk5 Toughbook cf-19, mk1 Toughbook cf-53

Unfortunately that's not possible, see also: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=111351

But I have a W510 for sale with the much sought-after AUO B156HW01.V4 FHD screen (1920x1080)
Perfect screen without scratches, dead pixels, or pressure marks.
It has 2 RAM slots, which can take up to 16GB RAM.

This is a slightly modified W510 (4389-P2U)
i7-620M(2.66GHz) i5-540M(2.66GHz), 4GB + 2GB = 6GB RAM, no HD (but HD-cover/caddy/screws/rails included), 15.6in 1920x1080 LCD (upgraded from Samsung to AOU, 1GB nVIDIA Quadro FX 880M graphics, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11agn, WWAN option, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure Chip, FPR, Camera, 9c Li-Ion (55++ Panasonic, in green), Win7 Pro COA

The machine has been upgraded/activated for W10-Pro.

As described above: $230 plus shipping. Add $35 for a genuine Lenovo 135W/20V charger.
Estimated shipping to Poland: ~$90
PM me if interested.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
