The 40gb hard drive and XP preload could help the sale but probably would be worth more sold separate.
As a package, I'd put your laptop anywhere from the low to mid $200's, give or take depending on condition.

The value of your model is basically determined by the buyer and the
seller. So I don't comment on it. But I would like to give you one
comment on your advertisement.
1: If you mean your 770Z is upgradable to P-III 500MHz, this is not a
manufacturere guaranteed upgrade option.
2: Even though quite a few people have done this upgrade, there are
still a few problems which have not been solved yet. One is that the screen
is sometimes messed up after the CPU is replaced with PIII, another
is that the L2 cache is not automatically turned on after resuming from
the stand-by mode.
If you want to claim this upgradability, I think you better buy a P-III
500MHz and make sure everything works fine for your own before
selling out in order to avoid having a claim call from the buyer.

I would drop "(upgradable to 500MHZ)" because of the following reasons.366MHZ Intel Pentium II Processor (upgradable to 500MHZ)
