x201/x201s palmrest

I am planning to get rid of the touch pad on my x201s. There are different FRUs for palmrests for -s and non-s models, but are those really different?

60Y5416 - Palm rest assembly with fingerprint reader, without touch pad, with Logo plate, 35W for X201 and X201i
60Y5420 - Palm rest assembly with fingerprint reader, without touch pad, with Logo plate, 25W for X201s

60Y5416 seems to be okey to find and relatively okey priced.
60Y5420 seems to be hard to get and high priced.

So, what is difference of those? I couldn't find reliable underside pictures of both.

By reading this forum, I understood both would fit and work - correct?
