Just installed T420s 1080p IPS mod

I've had it sitting around. Had to go through 2 panels to get what I actually wanted. Took about 1.5hrs. Holy crap! This looks amazing! Too soon to see how battery life is, but couldn't be much worse.

There's somebody else now selling the kits for $190 on fleabay. It probably ain't worth that. Could get a new laptop with better screen and battery life for the value of a used t420s+that mod+panel.
