no wireless option when returned from IBM

Hi,
My daughter received her ThinkPad t41 back from IBM after they put a new hard drive in. But she can't find her wireless connection. No icon in the lower right tray to click and nothing in the Control panel Network Connections box.

How can she get her wireless back?? She has XP PRo

What happens if you press Fn+F5? Any windows come up? If not then you need to install the wireless driver and Access Connections: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... IGR-4ZLNJB Download the file "acwlupdate.exe" it includes both the wireless driver and Access Connections.

I'm going to call her right now and see.
She called IBM and they're sending the box out again. They said, "something" must be wrong. Hummmmmm!!!
