My lenovo T430 tells me Computrace is enabled and active in BIOS setup utility

Please I recently bought My lenovo T430 intel core i5vpro as a used machine, and I have used it for two weeks now. today I wanted do some settings in BIOS utility setup until I decovered it has computrace activated and am so worried right now it pops a messages Whenever I try accessing the bios setup...i am not Thief I have my invoice and receipt for this Used laptop I bought and i love this laptop. Please Help me out! and What should I do? I am from Nigeria and I have not connected this laptop to internet ever since I bought it.
