Touch Screen/Pen Drivers for ThinkPad X220i Tablet?

So, I upgraded my ThinkPad X220i Tablet to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Professional (My original OS) with virtually no flaws except one. Before the upgrade, I was able to use the touch screen and my pen was usable. Now, the pen is useless and touch screen doesn't work. The tablet feature doesn't even work. I looked on Lenovo, and the site said that Win 10 on the X220 series isn't even supported. Why was I able to upgrade if it wasn't supported, and is it possible to find Windows 10 touch screen/pen drivers for the X220?
