What do i need to hardware flash a no bios t420?

Hello guys, i have a no bios thinkpad t420, what brand of hardware programmer do i need to hardware flash the bios on the chip, also, the bios battery doesnt work, what kind of bios battery do i get?

1a. First note the model number of your Thinkpad on the bottom of your machine,
then you can download Thinkpad Specific drivers here:

1b. T420 Hardware maintenance Manual (HMM) here:

2. Regarding BIOS battery, check above HMM, and you need to physically access the BIOS battery to look at it first.
(You need to replace it, right?)

What you're asking for is beyond the scope of discussion that is allowed on this forum.
also, the bios battery doesnt work, what kind of bios battery do i get?
CR2032 can be used in almost any ThinkPad, but CMOS batteries are available on feebay for $10 or so, Most post-600 series ThinkPads use the same CMOS battery.
